This biker has totally no consideration for the disabled, by taking up this disabled lot for his own convenience. Even the cyclist knows right & wrong by parking considerately - but not the idiot who had supposedly passed the highway code."

Stores will never enforce the mobility issue because to do so will create friction with customers.
