This vehicle is owned by MidCentral District Health Board. A complaint was lodged with the CEO of MidCentral, who apparently directed the complaint to the manager in charge of the employee driving that car at the time of the incident. I am unaware of what happened after that.

Stores will never enforce the mobility issue because to do so will create friction with customers. Able-bodied people buy more.......
