The taxi company was contacted and their general manager is going to look into it. He said:
"If you have any additional information on the date and time of this incident I would welcome the receipt of that so we can identify the driver concerned at the time and address the matter with them directly.

I may not buy more in one go, but I guarantee you I spend as much, if not more, than the average punter does in a week.

By that i mean they have few issues pushing around large food carts.
Oh.. That's why all of your past animals mysteriously run away. #caughtya and jazzy is an angel. @BDB93

This is a reply I got from Steffan Dudley of Chubb after I raised this with him regarding Chubb vehicles parking in disabled car parks in Featherston Wairarapa.
Thank you for bringing this issue to my attention.
Parking is a difficult issue for us.The nature of our business is such that we must at all times try and minimize the risk to our crews, clients and members of the public and proximity of parking to our point of destination and keeping distances of exposure to a minimum is a very important part of the process.I can assure you that use of mobility parking is NOT a company policy and is discouraged at all times. However there may be occaisions where crew find they have no option but this should be the exception.
I have discussed this issue with my transport Manager,Roger Walker, who is happy to meet with you and discuss this matter further to allay any concerns you have.
Regards
Steffan.
Maybe Mr Roger Walker should be approached regarding this.
