The car was still there when I left at 11.35am. After I took the photos the Chubb driver and a nurse came out and the Chubb driver checked his vehicle. Whether it was by coincidence or not they watch me get in my car and leave.

By that i mean they have few issues pushing around large food carts.

Stores will never enforce the mobility issue because to do so will create friction with customers.
Able-bodied people buy more.......
