The taxi company was contacted and their general manager is going to look into it. He said:
"If you have any additional information on the date and time of this incident I would welcome the receipt of that so we can identify the driver concerned at the time and address the matter with them directly.

I may not buy more in one go, but I guarantee you I spend as much, if not more, than the average punter does in a week.

By that i mean they have few issues pushing around large food carts.
Oh.. That's why all of your past animals mysteriously run away. #caughtya and jazzy is an angel. @BDB93

My name is Darryl and I want to let everyone know, I write tickets for this very thing in Beaumont, TX.
I DO get out of my vehicle and take pictures of the front of the vehicle. To make sure there is NO placard. On average I write more than 10 tickets DAILY. And during Christmas my numbers jump to about 30 daily. It is a huge problem with alot of people.
We are now seeing misuse of placards used by family members of DECEASED relatives. They are using the placards like it was passed down in a WILL. In Beaumont, if you are caught using a placacard that isn’t yours, you are subject to a fine of up to $1000 dollars and the placard is confiscated.
The only thing we ask for is for you NOT TO PARK IN A DISABLED PARKING SPACE IF YOU DON’T NEED TO. It’s that simple.
I wish I didn’t have to write tickets but until the abuse ends, I will continue to do so.
We want you to come visit Beaumont, TX.
But remember this, if you park in a disabled parking space ILLEGALLY, you face a fine of :
1st offence : $250
2nd offence: $500
3rd offence: $1000 dollars and POSSIBLE suspension of license.
Our state motto : DON’T MESS WITH TEXAS
Go for it Darryl.Glad to see someone is out there doing the right thing.
