The Super 8 Motel is trying to cater to snowmobilers. They used to have two accessible parking spaces, but now they only have one. The other one has been taken up by huge fence that they put up in order to allow snowmobilers to lock up their snowmobiles. They removed the disabled sign from the post (you can make out the post in the background), and put the sign on the fence, but next to that particular sign, there is nowhere to park without totally blocking the driveway. On top of that, they have taken up so much space with the fence that the remaining accessible parking spot is too narrow for a van with a lift or ramp.

I may not buy more in one go, but I guarantee you I spend as much, if not more, than the average punter does in a week.

Stores will never enforce the mobility issue because to do so will create friction with customers.
Able-bodied people buy more.......
