The taxi company was contacted and their general manager is going to look into it. He said:
"If you have any additional information on the date and time of this incident I would welcome the receipt of that so we can identify the driver concerned at the time and address the matter with them directly.

I may not buy more in one go, but I guarantee you I spend as much, if not more, than the average punter does in a week.

By that i mean they have few issues pushing around large food carts.
Oh.. That's why all of your past animals mysteriously run away. #caughtya and jazzy is an angel. @BDB93

The government in those areas must have not been so strict in acts for parking spaces. Or maybe the authorities doesn't mind it at all. [[Edited by webmaster - SPAM removed]]
In NZ the property owner is responsible for the enforcement of mobility parks in supermarkets and the likes. The really laughable thing is that this particular supermarket, Melody's New World, who's owner doesnt care in the least about parking infractions apparently, promotes themselves heavily as been LOCALLY ownned and LOCALLY managed, I guess they just dont care about the actual 'locals' that much.
There has been a quiet movement in Palmerston North to try and bring in some sort of enforcement, with the cooperation of all the cities supermarkets and department stores and shopping malls, one idea is a contractor to wheel clamp violators, but all this is going to do tie up the few mobility parks for even longer. They should just tow the offenders vehicles away and issue fines, large substantial fines to hit these ignorames where they will feel it.
