Poster's Note:Lady stopped at KFC to get supper, parking in such a way to take up both handicap parking spots, even the stipe area between them. To squeeze in around the rear to get in the front spot, would put the driver exitting in the flower bed, near missing the rear bumper of the bus. Pretty sad!

Well, it's not because you don't see a sign in the photo that there wasn't one. That said, even if there was no sign, the parking space is clearly marked and designated as a disability parking space, through markings on the ground. The lack of "proper" signage does not mean the space is not a

I do think that increased fines would make a big difference. However, the fines are really only applicable on "public" property. Anything in a store carpark, or university, it's all deemed private property and traffic warden are not allowed to ticket there... *that* would be an important change to allow.

Was sent to the city, VIA email and the correct official brought it to the attention of the school board, BTW I was there long enough to see the driver, no I didn't bother talking to her. Since I was not able to go in, I took time to take enough pictures to turn in, good thing it was an occasion I had my wife, who could go in and get our meal, I'm usally by myself.

As a driver of a full size school bus (72 pass) , i can see why you are a special needs driver , park it and switch to careers ...that is the poorest excuse of a professional driver I have ever seen , what else are you going to do to further tarnish the image of school buses , i hope you where fired!
