Poster's note: This driver is just one person who often parks in Creekview Apartment's handicap spot (in Dallas; at the corner of Preston Oaks & Preston Road)...and he/she never seems to have the proper tags.

The taxi company was contacted and their general manager is going to look into it. He said:
"If you have any additional information on the date and time of this incident I would welcome the receipt of that so we can identify the driver concerned at the time and address the matter with them directly.

I may not buy more in one go, but I guarantee you I spend as much, if not more, than the average punter does in a week.

By that i mean they have few issues pushing around large food carts.

I think you should send the apartment complex a copy of the link to this and any other pictures - use an email address they don't recognize though.
Why do it? So they know that THEY are being listed as not doing anything about it, as well!
You are welcome to contact our towing company for infractions like these. They are more than happy to accomodate you. The office staff does take these issues seriously and we are doing all we can to make this the best a place to live as possible.
This was after the office was closed, how are they suppossed to know that cars are parking that way unless you tell them?
If it did any good to call the leasing office, we would still be doing that. Obviously since Creekview residents have resorted to posting on this website, that has not been effective in the past.
The hoops you have to go through to get somebody towed are ridiculous. By the time you get through them all, the car has usually been moved so your efforts were for nothing.
the comment by LMAO is typical of what towing does. People usualy abuse parking spaces for 15, 20 minutes, or maybe half an hour. You can't tell how long they've already been in the space when you come by, and by the time a tow truck does show up, half the time, they offender is gone. It is unfortunate.
