The taxi company was contacted and their general manager is going to look into it. He said:
"If you have any additional information on the date and time of this incident I would welcome the receipt of that so we can identify the driver concerned at the time and address the matter with them directly.

I may not buy more in one go, but I guarantee you I spend as much, if not more, than the average punter does in a week.

By that i mean they have few issues pushing around large food carts.

FWIW, I notice this vehicle has a disability plate. They should know better than to use the striped area.
If my van were in place of the darker car, I'd have no way to get our scooters in or out of the van....we often times have to park out in the south 40 to get in and out of the van, I need room for a 6 foot ramp and another 3 - 4 feet to get the scooters onto or off the ramp. You are right Webmaster, they should have known better!!
Although, I do not have a ramp on my car.
I do need plenty of room to get out because of having to open my door wide enough for me to get up on my crutches and having my leg out enough to lock my brace, and being able to move between the cars to get to my wheelchair.
That is why we must educate family, friends, and other "legally" disabled individuals regarding disability problems with parking. I know one person who has a 3 foot X 5 foot sign on her van stating that she needs 7 feet to get out her side door and still inconsiderate drivers park on the striped lines blocking. She now calls 911 and says she can't get back into her van!
