Watched this car circle the parking lot a few times looking for a spot. Admittedly, it was a busy day. However, when they pulled into the last handicapped parking spot and Four very FAT PEOPLE got out of this car -- they could have used the exercise to walk an extra 10 yards! No placard - no special plates...

The taxi company was contacted and their general manager is going to look into it. He said: "If you have any additional information on the date and time of this incident I would welcome the receipt of that so we can identify the driver concerned at the time and address the matter with them directly.
