Meijer parking lot at intersection of Brandt Pike and Harshman Road. Car has DoD base access sticker with yellow "NCO" Wright-Patterson AFB base label. This guy tailgated me into the parking lot at this grocery store. After I parked, he passed my car really slow and gave me a dirty look...and then parked in the handicapped parking stall closest to the door. I asked the store greeter if I could speak to the manager, and let them know of the parking violation, and was told that they wouldn't do anything about it unless a cop drove by.

The taxi company was contacted and their general manager is going to look into it. He said:
"If you have any additional information on the date and time of this incident I would welcome the receipt of that so we can identify the driver concerned at the time and address the matter with them directly.

I may not buy more in one go, but I guarantee you I spend as much, if not more, than the average punter does in a week.

By that i mean they have few issues pushing around large food carts.
