Ironic that on the day the Manawatu Standard publishes "Disabled Parking Outrage", someone would be parking in a disability space without a parking permit...
The man asked why I took a photo of his car. I explained he was parked without a permit in a disability space. He asked what I was going to do with the photo, I said I would post it on the internet. He argued I could not do that, that it was illegal to do so. Neither taking nor posting photos of a car parked in public is illegal, but I had no wish to argue, so I wished him a good evening.
He said "Fuck you! Fuck you! It's a good thing you're already a fucking cripple."

Stores will never enforce the mobility issue because to do so will create friction with customers.
