Some people think that taking photos of illegally parked cars is just for people with disabilities. It is not! Everyone can participate.

We don't have to go out of our way to document disability parking abuse. And we really have to document such abuse, otherwise people won't be able to believe it really does happen that often.

By that i mean they have few issues pushing around large food carts.

Stores will never enforce the mobility issue because to do so will create friction with customers.
Able-bodied people buy more.......
