There are awareness campaigns about accessible parking that pop-up here and there. I have recently found a short video from New Zealand's CCS' Caught Campaign (the name resemblance is incidental only, there is no relationship between CCS, its Caught Campaign, and Caughtya.org). This video is simply brilliant.
