Just having a parking permit is not enough - we must display the permit when we park. I thought people with disabilities and their family would get that, but it appears not.

It isn't technically illegal, but it doesn't seem appropriate for someone that doesn't have a mobility impairment to park in an accessible space while they have someone in the car with them that is a genuine mobility placard owner, if that person is staying in the car. Stores will never enforce the mobility issue because to do so will create friction with customers. Able-bodied people buy more.......
