A "Hall of Shame" to expose cars parked illegally
in disability or mobility parking spaces.

Just having a parking permit is not enough - we must display the permit when we park. I thought people with disabilities and their family would get that, but it appears not.

As I have already said a few times, Caughtya.org only focuses on people parking in accessible spaces without displaying a parking placard. The problem being of course that even if a person doesn't look like having an impairment justifying them using the parking spot, they actually may have any number of conditions making it [...]

It isn't technically illegal, but it doesn't seem appropriate for someone that doesn't have a mobility impairment to park in an accessible space while they have someone in the car with them that is a genuine mobility placard owner, if that person is staying in the car. Stores will never enforce the mobility issue because to do so will create friction with customers.
Able-bodied people buy more.......
